Crawling sensation on back and tingling in arms and legs

I've been having a crawling sensation on my back mostly the upper for about 6 months now and in the last few days I've been feeling the tingly sensation in both my arms, hands legs and feet.
I'm a diabetic and 33 years old. I'll be tested next month on my left arm for neuropathy.
Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing these sensations? I get scared and want to go to the hospital... but i've been in the past for various things and it's always "nothing".
My blood counts were elevated recently so I had a bunch of blood work up done, CT scan, MRI and bone scan done.... and they said I'm just fine.
I don't feel fine at all. I can tell something is wrong.
I also have a hiatal hernia that is driving me crazy... help!
