I am a 22 year old female and in good health.I had a cold for about three weeks that I could not shake off.I woke up one morning with a pain in my right arm and tenderness in the chest.i later had numbness in my left arm and a crawling sensation in my shoulders.I was told it was viral and was given anti inflammatorys. It is not as severe but I get a crawling senstion in my right arm.I feel at times it is in face and legs.It seems to be on my left side.Sometimes I also get a burning senstion in my arm.the doctor can't find anything so now I have to wait to see a neurologist.the only thing she said about my blood was that there might be an infection

  • i too have a crawling sensation in my shoulder and right arm maybe you should have an mri done i had a cold and coughed really hard and there was a sharp pain in my chest and my right arm felt numb(could feel pressure but no hot or cold sensations) turned out it was something called a syrinx in my spinal cord (basically a fluid filled sac inside your spinal cord) as it fills it puts pressure on your spinal cord and causes loss of sensation hope this helps
