Dear Sir/Madam

I would like to know what book containing stories of emotional numbness and the recovery from it, do you know and can you recommend? I like to read people's testimonies of their recovery from emotional numbness. A quote from http://www.btinternet.com, "Emotional numbness: Some people who are severely depressed say they feel like they have completely lost their emotions and this is one of the most distressing symptoms of depression. You feel numb. You can’t cry and feel like there are no tears left. You may not feel that you are part of the world because you do not think you have feelings. You may feel distant and unfeeling about even people very close to you like your partner, family or children." is exactly what I experienced for the past 8 years before I recovered from emotional numbness slowly when I read King James Bible everyday as instructed from a Christian family in England. I can now feel excited at times. :)

The most striking scripture they gave me is John 6:63, "It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life." When there is emotional numbness, it means the soul is dead and it needs spiritual food from the living Bible everyday to grow in God.

Hope to receive a reply from you soon. Thankyou.
