A 45 Y/O female friend is really struggling with

Painful feet and hands

Constant headache not migraine (has migraines and says it's not the same)

Urinary incontinence at night

Faecal incontinence

Fingers not responding as they should

Legs and feet not responding as they should

Trigeminal neuralgia (MRI showed no cause)

Under active thyroid

Periodic diarrhea

Strange gurgling/inner burping all the time

Periodic bad breath

Tingling pins and needles in feet and around mouth

Periods of feeling spaced out / delayed sensation

Always walking into doorways / poor balance

Always dropping things, doesn't seem to grasp things properly, lack of strength in hands

Speech often goes wrong, words don't come out right

Fingers or thumbs move involuntarily sometimes

Brain MRI showed nothing but a small cyst that was not a matter for concern according to doctors

Lumbar MRI showed 2 slipped discs urinary incontinence only being present during the night suggests no nerve interference?

GP's blood tests all came back fine

Currently taking:- Tegretol, Thyroxine, Dyclofenac, Omeprazole, Tramadol

What should the doctors be considering? Thank you.
