I was in an accident when I had a component fracture to my tibia which took out all of my veins to my leg.....soo I had no blood flow. Also the accident was an impact wound to the outside of my left leg. I had a fasciotomy . And I read that it is a possibility that they may have cut a nerve leading to my foot drop.. They were able to restore blood flow with a bypass. Also with the nerve pain on my feet on the back sole and the one behind my big toe will just light up...as the race to my food if very sensitive to touch . The only movement I have in my foot is a little bit of toe movement and I can rarely twitch a little sway to the right.. It has only been 2 months since my accident but I am 19 and just want to get on with my active life style. I am just getting real sad because I have just seen near to none in improvement. One more thing ..my leg was in an external fixating devise to keep my knee from moving and the two spots where the pins were in cause lots of pain and don't allow me to flex my knee all the way .....I've been trying to stretch it but with littl success Thanks you for any information on my conditions . Sinserly . EricReply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
