Bells palsy facial nerve decompression surgery 2013 now bilateral facial palsy no diagnosis yet

I had Bells for the 6th time August 2012 had facial decompression surgery Feb 2013 since the it just get worse, Bilateral facial palsy, was diagnosed with Meige and Blepharospasm after EMG then referred to another Neurologist for Botox was decided that it will not work, and it is not Meige, Eyes just close jaw pulls up on the left side have no upper facial movement problem swallowing even liquds head sometimes feel to heavy for my neck get tired to chew my food gets stuck my eyes are closed most of the time especially the left and the right eye drooping I do have some days where they are both open but are very sensetife to light after 9 specialists no answer and diagnosis, I do get quite a lot of pain in my head not like a headache just a sudden heavy pain that last for a few minutes
