ataxia post tbi not hereditary

I am a 32yr old fem diagnosed with ataxia following mva at age of 21. I am looking for new treatment options to help me learn to walk on my own again without assistance. This is not a hereditary disease in my case, but every site I have visited focuses mainly on hereditary ataxia. Please help
