"Migraine" then an array of symptoms

I'm 24 and have been perfectly healthy my whole life.

April 6th I had a pain on the left side of my head. I developed tingling fingers and face, and an inability to speak the words I wanted.

It went away after about 3-4 hours.

I felt groggy but fine for the next 2 days.

Then Two nights later, I felt extremely nauseated and tired after eating a large meal. This nausea has never gone away.

They've tried giving me anti-acid reducers, giving me and endoscopy and a lower abdomen CT scan. Also was given a brain MRI. All tests along with several blood tests came back negative.

It was okay because I could live with just stomach problems. However, in early May, I got extremely sick, couldn't eat and lost about 10 pounds. I experienced an abundance of "eye floaters", blurry vision, nausea, neck stiffness, and lightheadedness. It has affected every day life and my ability to think. I had to drop out of school.

Going to see a neurologist soon. Any help, thoughts, prayers would be appreciated.
