Trouble started with dragging of left leg and weakness in left hand. MRI did not show stroke. CAT scan ,EKG, blood work all normal. Difficulty in speaking; slurred, breathless speech. Inappropriate laughter-uncontrolable. Loss of balance, falling. Choking and difficulty swallowing. Fatigue after the smallest exertion.
