My 15 year old has left sided torticollis probably since birth. We have seen orthopaedic surgeons who suggested physiotherapy and also a neurologist to rule out cevical dystonia. I would like to know if anyone has had surgery to lenghthen the muscle or Botulinum treatment. Does anyone know of anyone offering these treatments in the south east of England?
I don't seem to be able to get in touch with the right specialist via previous medical routes.

  • Ask this question at the dystonia bulletin board. There are several participants from England, some with CD and some who get Botox.http://www.dystonia-bb.org/forums/asd/
