Hi, I have a very sore lump on the back of my neck that keeps coming and going. It is about 1 inch in diamiter but now i have 1 on the side of the other and as they grow they are very sore. This area is now about 2 inch by 1. I have no headaches or other swllellings or symptoms apart from the tension from the constant pain and irritation. I have not eaten properly over the past couple of days and sleep is brocken due to tossing and turning trying to find a comfortable position. Can anyone help me with this?:(
