My wrist clicks when I bend it a certain way,and so do the joints in my fingers. The clicking itself doesn't hurt, but my wrist, hand, and arm have been hurting a bit lately and I don't want to go to the doctor unless I have to.
The pain isn't constant, some days yes some days no.
There have been no injuries to this arm.
It's my dominant arm, so I'm worried it might be Carpal Tunnel Syndrome -- I type, draw, write, sign, play video games, etc.
There is pain is in my hand (mostly the thumb and outer fingers), wrist (most), and some of my arm. There is no pain on or above my elbow. On the days it hurts I cannot grasp things or lean on the arm.
I've been wearing a glove to prevent carpal tunnel/general wrist pain for more than a week, I'm not sure if this is helping or not.
