I'm 27.

Out of shape.

My limbs are "noisy."

When I raise my arms or move my feet in a circle, or stretch anything, I hear popping. My arms sound noisy when I raise them. My legs are noisy when I stretch. If I turn to my side to stretch my back, that's noisy too.

It's not so much that it hurts usually, just more of a popping noise when I stretch or lift my arms up. Doesn't feel good, but not painful either. I'm a female, never had kids, out of shape, nothing wrong me that I know of. No energy, but that's it.

I haven't always had "noisy" limbs. Am I just that out of shape? Should I just stretch more?
