I have started getting very mild knee pain on both sides (but more on the left, I think) at times when I walk, especially up and down stairs. It's not enough to prevent me from doing anything or really bother me other than just to worry me. This is the only symptom I've had. I'm not very physically active and I haven't done anything recently that would cause pain but I do wear orthodox and was wondering if it was possible that they were causing me to step down on my knees at a weird angle.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
