Undiagnosed multiple joint pain

Hey there,

I am 31 and I have a pain in multiple joints. It started more than two years ago, with a little pain in my left elbow. After a few months I started to have pain in my left hip joint. After another few months my mid back and neck started to hurt. And since a few months ago it is my right hip joint and both achilles tendons.

I can not really tell if it is bones, tendons, or anything else but it is so close to the joints that I am almost sure it is the bones. Except for achilles tendons. ( I am not sure if the tendons have the same cause. ) The pain is not very strong and it is not restricting my movement. I can do sports - weights, swimming, biking with no problem. The pain is on for one week or two and then it goes away for again a week or two. It is usually worse in the morning and it gets better after a sport activity.
It does occassionaly get very strong so I have to take Advil for a few days, and then again next time it is just little to moderate pain so I dont need the pills.

I had various medical tests done including blood test, x ray (left elbow, mid back), ultrasound (left elbow). But so far I have no diagnosis. It is kind of hard to chose from over 400 possible causes :-) And apparentlly it is not easy to figure out for the doctor either. If I knew the diagnosis I could start the treatment, I should not just ignore it any longer.

Thanks for all respones!
