I twisted my ankle two weeks ago, I walked it off and it felt fine. It never got bruise and I was able to surf later that day. Later in the evening I felt pain on the top left side of my left foot, where the muscle is and I was limping a little bit. Still no swelling just hurts when I put lots of weight in it. I'm not heavy or overweight by any means, It's now been two weeks and does not seem to be getting any better. I'm thinking its a bone the muscle does not hurt or feel tender.
