Thoracic Impingment with extreme chest & Jaw Pain HELP

I have a fresh MRI report of my Thoracic region. It shows the following items in the Radiology Report.

1.Left paramedian disc protrusion is present at T6-T7 impinging on the neural foramen and left anterior thoracic cord.
2. Right paramedian disc protrusion is present at T10-T11 also impinging on the anterior cord. Neral foramina at this level is Patent.

For many hours daily I have severe back pain from mid-back to just above the area between my shoulder blades.
I also have pain, at the same time in the following areas.
Sternum, Lower Jaw, All lower teeth hurt and pain in the roof of my mouth.

I've been prescribed 60 mg Ms Contin and 10/325 Percocet but it only works 2 hours at a time so I have to wait 3-6 hours while in severe pain for the next DOSE.

The pain is so bad that I seriously consider thoughts of suicide simply as ultimate relief of pain, not from any depression.

Can someone tell me how serious my MRI report is?
Also what are some movements, stretches I can do for pain relief?

Also:What is going to happen next? By that I mean is the pain just goping to keep getting worse or will the condition lead to other conditions like paralysis or otherwise?
