  • PLEASE HELP!!My doctors say I have tendinitis from repettive use from going to the gym and working out. Can tendinitis be this painful. I am 25 and been working out since age 13. Now I can barely do anything at the gym. Everything hurts knee, hip, hamstring, ankles, and arms. My doctors tell me don't worry about it and to continue to go to the gym. I am depressed and in pain. any suggestions.
