Swelling Of The Knees

My Knees Both Feel As Though Fluid Has Built Up. There Is No Pain When I Walk Or Sit, Just When I Squat. There Is Some Restraint In The Left, But More In The Right. When I Walk, My Right Knee Tends To Click Or Often Pop (no Pain) Just Ny Looking At Them, My Right Knee Does Look A Little Swollen. It Is Not Hot To Touch. I Have Never Had This Problem, This Is The Second Day. I Can't Seem To Find A Diagnosis.
