About an hour ago my left hand suddenly seemed to slow down in movement and my left hand wants to go into a loose clenching/tightening of the finger muscles, and i am kinda freaking out. there is a small amout of pressure when i stretch my wrist in the area of my wrist but i feel no pain, and there appears to be no swelling. it is difficult to move my ring and pinky fingers the most , middle and forefinger are ok, thumb is fine.
