After I finished eating dinner I stretched pretty hard. When i did i felt a pain in my lower left abdomin. The day after, it still hurt a little. Since then it has gotten a little better. I dont know how to explain the next thing. You know how you can suck you stomach in to make yourself look skinny, When i do the exact opposite of that, push my stomach out, it kinda hurts. When i do it again it doesnt hurt. If i dont do it for an hour straight and then do it, it will kinda hurt. I dont know what i did and i cant find anything on the internet about it.
