Sir, I have been diagnosed as seronegetive spondylo artropathies,I submit the test report as of nowas given below. RA factor- Neg, CRP- Neg, Aslotitre- Neg, Uric acid 5.5 mg, ESR 4.5 mm TLC - 5700/cumm, RBC 4.64 x 10, RCV - 46.1% Nurophils- 66%, Lymphocytes - 28%, Monocytes - 02, Esionophiles - 04, Platerats count, 154000, Blood Urea - 2.2 mg, Serum Creatine- 1.0 mg%, C Reactive Protein - Neg

As per X ray on 18 Apr 13 ( civil ) Bilateral Osteoarthritis changes ( Narrowing of bilateral medical tibo-femoral joint space and Minimal osteoplytes noted around both knee joints

Last two year I am taking medicine i.e. Sulfasalazine 500mg 02-0-02, Omeg 20 mg -od, Methortex - 10mg/wk & FA -5 mg/wk

Presently it is normal knee and get sweling after some work in Lt knee only. Back inflammatory pain from right side onlyl. No morning stiffness. Problem in standing and bending spinal cord or climbing of stairs and long work.

The previously diagnosed as SPA with Bilateral Sacroileitis on CT Scan of Pelvic with blood HLAb27 - Neg

Am I a right case of sero- negetive spondyloartropathies ?
