I have three herniated discs in my neck, and arthritis throughout my spine. I have been diagnosed with severe degenerative disc disease. I am scheduled to have surgery on my neck in about two weeks, since I also have spinal stenosis. (Several pinched nerves). I really need to know if it's possible pinched cervical nerves can cause hoasreness, because I have been hoarse for about three weeks, with no other symptoms with my throat, and no swallowing problems.
