Okay, so here is a discription of my body type.
20 years old.
Pretty strong concidering I don't work out.
And here are all the problems I have right now.
Chronic headaches (daily)
High pressure sensitivity of skull.
Very prone to headaches, A good example is if I sit and raise and lower my eyebrows for a minute I will get a pretty bad headache.
My knee will randomly start to hurt when I try to walk on it. The knee cap, not the back of the knee. Almost like it's slipping. (~twice a month)
Hip pain similar to knee pain, it hurts at the joint were my leg and hip meet. Feels like it's slipping.(~twice a month)
Chronic back pain in mid back.
Pull my back out all the time in the same place to the left of my spine. Once it is pulled I can't hold anything out in front of me because it cause really sharp pain, once it has happened once it happens very easily again until it is completely gone.
General knee acheing. for instance I can't sit in a car for more than two hours without my knees starting to ache pretty bad. Not unbareably but after 4 hours it gets to the point that it hurts quiet a bit. Stretching my legs helps but I'm so young to have this issue...
I am only comfortable when I'm sitting with my legs propped up or when i'm laying down. Otherwise my legs and feet feel uncomfortable and at times achy.
So what I want to know is, are my days of being able bodied limited? I'm only 20 and I already have these issues. The knee and hip pains have been an issue that I remember having when I was 16. Maybe younger. The head senativity started around 9th grade. The neck stuff started when I was ~17 and The back aches have been a problem since around 15 years old.
I don't think i've had any serious injuries to any of these problem areas (except the back obviously) and maybe the knee, I have bashed both falling off a bike and falling off of one of those god forsaken Ripsticks.
To sum up, I want to know what may be wrong with me, will it get worse, what can i do to fix it or prevent it from getting worse and if it's something I can't reverse, about how much longer do I have? (how long will i still be able bodied.)
