48 year old female.
Been about 2 weeks. The pain makes me light headed and dizzy, and I have trouble sleeping. I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome as well as gastric reflux problems.
5'7" and 165 pounds.
Any ideas would be appreciated!

  • Hi, I am a physical therapist. Burning pain generally means nerves are involved. Obviously without doing an evaluation I would first start at looking at a potential neck issue. Neck problems can cause neck, shoulder blade, and arm pain. It may have nothing to do with your IBS. I would recommend using ice, avoiding any aggravating activities, and see an orthopedic doctor. Hope this helsp. ~JTrempe PT, ATC http://www.joint-pain-solutions.com
