Besides the occasional back pain probabaly do to my job which requires lifting I get very Severe spinal/back pain/stiffness only when I go outside in the cold weather. It can happen the second I step out into the cold or a few minutes later but it feels like I got hit by a truck and it has lasted for 5, 10 minutes at a time. Sometimes It will happen while walking out to my car or while im driving home or somwhere before my car heats up. The exact spot is the middle of my back around my spine. I have to rub it and I feel my body tense up. It really really hurts and before I went to a doctor and spent a fortune due to lack of insurance I just thought I would ask.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
