Hello, this is my first post so please bare with me..
In the last year i have be plauged with a groin strain problem caused by playing football. The physio recommends rest and ice and gentle stretching, but my condition hasnt improved, infact i now have muslce pains all over my upper right leg,
right side of groin,
top and bottom of the right knee
and in the right ankle (although this may be due to an old injury)
due to this i am unable to stretch etc so i'm not recovering.
driving and even sitting at work causes my muscles to ache.
if anyone has any ideas on the cause or treatment of my problem i would be greatly appreciative
