I know this is no diagnosis but it will be a few months before I get insurance and just want opinions. I am 27 and male. I have severe acid reflux for a long time now which I'm taking zantac/prilosec for and i'm sure i'll be diagnosed with GERD. In the past few months I've had pains in my ribs on both sides. I can pretty much pinpoint where the pains are coming from by pushing down ******n my rib. The part where it hurts is only about the size of my fingertip or smaller, but I can't feel any bump. The placement of the pain is almost identical on both sides of my ribs. It feels like bruises and maybe a mild burning sensation. There is no sharp pain, but enough to feel it constantly. Sometimes it hurts more then others. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance to anyone that can help!
