Since I my doctors have ruled out bone, GYN, and lymph node problems, I am left w/ no answers. The only clinical finding I present w/ is a inguinal lymph node swollen maybe twice the size is should be and pain.
I have severe (8-9/10) pain recurring anywhere from 3-8 weeks apart. Started in the beginninng of December 2007. In May I accidently slept on my rt. side (which I haven't been able to do for awhile due to discomfort) and I have been in daily moderate (4-6/10) since. I had a injury to my rt. hip area in 12/00, but did not see a doctor due to no insurance.
Since the injury in 2000 I have always had stiffness and aching at the rt. hip, but not severe or moderate pains. My primary MD ten years ago or so tossed around fibromyalgia due to unrelieved back and lower body pains as a teenager who swam 1-2 miles 4 days/wk.
I have many descriptions of pain, most of the time I feel a hollowness pain along the actual pelvis that wraps around the whole right pelvis. The severe pain leaves me in a state of not wanting to move, but able to if needed. I have no ROM issues, my Bone Scan, MRI, GYN US/Exams, Spinal/Pelvic XRays are all Normal!
I did have a bld. lab CRP of 5.83, but my ortho doc was not concerned by it.
I will be seeing a Rheumatologist, since my SED/ESR, SLE, Uric Acid and Rheumatoid factor are normal/negative I am left w/ no real hope of a Dx.
Any Ideas or pathways I should pursue??
