Recovering from ankle sprain

I first injured my ankle about 2 months ago... I thought I recovered from it, so I started playing soccer about a month and half after injury, twisted my ankle again, and it starts hurting again.

I have no swelling, and the pain is minimal. It only hurts when I twist it again, but the back of my ankle seems to have lost its strength. When I raise my heels, my injured ankle has a hard time supporting my body weight. It doesn't hurt, but it just doesn't have the strength to support the weight.

Is this lack of rehab or some other condition?
Is this normal and based on these current symptoms, what is the normal recovery time?
