Last Friday (6 days ago) I was pushing wheelbarrows full of rock across a commercial roof for 6 hours straight. Sometimes this included running with the full wheel barrows (due to getting them rolling over the other rock) I do remember slipping with my legs and twisting in my legs while doing this.
On Saturday I woke up and expierienced severe knee pain while walking down the stairs at home. This sharp pain still occurs while I am walking up or down stairs or inclines, and also occurs while I am bending my leg backwards. I had a friend tell me it sounds like I tore my ACL.
Does this sound correct or does anyone have any other suggestions as to what it may be?
