Am working with a client who has pain sitting more than 5 minutes. She is tender all along her biceps femoris, especially at the isheal tuberosity. We have tried all kinds of stretching. Cleared the low back and SI. As soon as she gets a stretch in hamstrings, the pain radiates down the back/lateral side of her thigh. Doing lots of soft tissue work-she gets relief for a day or so, but it comes back! What am I missing?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
