I had an accident when I ran round a corner and as I turned I hit my elbow very hard. For about 5-10 mins after I had a strange tingling feeling from my shoulder down to my hand and the tips of my fingers, I think I might have hit a nerve or something .

It has been 4 days since it happend and I have been getting upper arm pain and a bit of pain at my hands. The pain comes and goes and strangely enough when I eat or have a shower it goes away for an hour or two.

Last night I woke up because my arm was is alot of pain, mainly my upper arm.I couldn't get to sleep so i took some paracatemol and after a while i fell asleep but the pain hasn't gone away and everyday my arm hurts off and on.http://forums.wrongdiagnosis.com/images/icons/icon9.gif

Any Help would be very much appreciated

I would have a Neurologist perform an EMG, but not before you first see a Shoulder/Arm specialist to have proper precautionary x-rays and/or MRI.Chris
