Pain in crook of elbow and bicep

Hi guys and thanks for a great forum.

The last few days I have had a pain in my bicep that goes down to the crook of my elbow. It feels like I have to stretch my arm out as it feels stiff with some pain. Last night I noticed a red mark that goes down from the inside of my bicep to the crook of my elbow. Not sure if it is tendonitis or not. I do lift dumbells twice a week so I could have pulled something. I was just a bit worried about the long red mark. Might just be some inflammation.

Has anyone else experienced something like this?

Thanks in advance.
