Hi. Have a problem with my knee. Play hockey weekley and have a recurring injury which appears whilst playing, the pain lasts for then and a few days after. Then comes back when play again. Went to a doctor last season who said to rest and rested all summer but still have the same problem. The pain is at the back of my knee on the right side, when I feel for the pain I rub the ligament so wondering whether it is musculat or ligament damage.
