For over a month I've been experiencing a strange pain which I think is the closest to a skin pain. The feeling is very similar to pressing on a bruise after being extremely beaten, but I have no bruises, no bleeding. I can't stay in bed because my back hurts too much. It feels like the skin is too tight to cover the ribs and is tearing apart on them.

I also have other symptoms such as joint pains, dizziness, migraines and increased light sensitivity but I believe these are not relevant as they are not new, and I have these for as long as I can remember.
