About a year ago, I suddenly developed tendonitis in five places. Four of these (both ankles and knees) were during a week of bed rest while I had a cold. The other seems to be from writing too much (elbow).
Recently, I have devloped a pain in my shoulder blade when I swallow, and now my index finger is tingling and a little painful when I push the tingling spot.
I also have scoliosis and lots of pain in my neck muscles just from my lifestyle.
And some vision problems which have been getting worse.
