How do I explain this. I have a muscle on the outside, upper portion of my thigh that stays tight.
I went through therapy and as near as they can figure is I damaged/pinched a nerve in my lower back... the reason they said this is the original problem was tingles across the top and outer portion of my right thigh (the left is fine, nothing wrong). Also the outer portion of my thigh was tight... the therapist said it was "bound up".
After 8 wks of therapy, most of the leg is better. About all that bothers me is a spot maybe 8 in x 4 in that stays tight. The message would help for a few hours, but it comes back. I'm doing my exercises still, even though I ran out of therapy time.
Anyone else have PN with the tight muscle(s)? The therapist thinks it might be the nerves to this one muscle still being bad.
Had a back xray (haven't got the results).
Taking Magnesium and Evening Primrose (and B complex) and (I'm going to spell this wrong) R-alpha Liponic acid.
