I suffer from cronic muscle pain. (for no real reason) My muscles are sore all the time and I have knotts all over my body. The only thing that gives me relief is a deep tissue massage. To feel my muscles, they are very bumpy and don't feel smooth. I have seen many doctors over about 18 years and have been told that i am young and healthy. I have had series of tests run to rule out diseases and i past with flying colors. So, what is making my muscles this way? It is almost constant pain. I get headaches when the pain gets really bad. I have also recently found that i have a herniated & a buldging disk in my low back. I don't consider myself a very 'strong' person as far as muscle strength. My muscles just don't seem healthy and i just don't know what to do. When i was a teen, i was told that I had Cronic Fatigue Syndrome, with nothing they could do. As an Adult, I am diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, with nothing they can do. I just can't accept that. Any one with any information - please, please help!Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
