I have always had low blood sugar since college and have been very thin. Within the past two years (I am 62) I have noticed a light headedness, extreme loss of muscle mass and after I eat I feel sick in my neck and just awful at times. I do not eat junk food, no diet food/drinks, no pre-made foods. My lower legs just above the ankle have begun to swell and I noticed a series of blisters (?) which itch and my skin all over usually itches after I eat.
