My brother is 16 and is a very good basketball player. But there is one thing that holds him back from his full potential he gets full body mucle lock ups. This happens when he is not warmed up and exerts force during activites. Such as the simple task of opening a jar of peanutbutter that simple force he uses to open the jar makes his hand mucles lock up for a few seconds making him unable to let go of the jar during those few seconds. Another example is when he comes out of the basketball game and sits for a few minites and then goes back in he experiences lockups in his arms legs and even all over when he runs, wuick movements, shoots or dribbles. This happens all over his body in his neck, arms, hands, legs, shoulders, traps and his jaw muscles.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
