OK , so this is kinda weird to me , I seem to somehow damage a joint or muscle and the pain gets really intense and can linger for months . This has happened a few times and ill try to explain the best i can ...
First time was about 8 years ago , banged my knee at work on friday , by monday i couldnt walk on it without limping , got xrayed and everything was normal ... that went away after a few weeks and never came back .
Next time was about 5 years ago , did some pushups and a few days later got a really bad pain in my left shoulder , was so bad i couldnt hold it up or lay on it , got better after about 3 or 4 months , but still hurts today a little if i lay on it.
Hurt my right foot when i jumped off my dirtbike, didnt hit hard at all , bike slid out from under me , and i actuallly landed on my feet and was going realy slow . so it wasnt even like i crashed on it , just thought i jamed it when i landed, the pain came about 30 secoonds later and got so bad over the day i couldnt walk without a limp , got it xrayed and says its fine . That was 6 months ago and it still hurts a little when i walk on it .
Next was about a month ago , i got a pain in my back out of nowhere , got worse over a few days and really hurt to move my chest out or take a deep breath , its gotten a little better but still hurts now to stretch my arms or breath really deep .
Lastly i was dinking around the house yesterday , didnt do ANYTHING that i can think of to cause this , but my left foot started to ache , and has gotten so bad now that i cant walk on it without a limp....
Im a pretty inactive guy , my diet is kinda ok , i eat my veggies in the morning and then average lunch and dinner , i drink a fruit smoothie with my cod liver oil every day too . Junk food is about once a week , pizza or somthing like that .
Any ideas ?
