Hi, i am 18 years old and have had a groin problem for about 10months, everytime i play football or go running i get pain in the groin(both legs),front of thighs and somtimes in lower legs below the knees The pain feels like tightness and cramp and continues for 3-4 days then goes away untill i play again. I now mainly get pain in the lower legs while playing and in the groin and thigh the next day.
I have seen a physio who said to rest for about 6 weeks and do some stretches i did this and had no affect. i have seen as osteopath who told me it could be a hip problem, i have had an x-ray on the hip and it didnt show anything.
Another physio i saw thought it was a growing problem and my legs were weak, i have been strenghting and stretching but nothing seems to work.
I also somtimes get pain in my feet while playing this doesn't happen a lot though.
