My wife fell the other day (Friday) and she took a pretty bad fall. She has a ugly looking scrape on her right shin along w/ other bumps and bruises. She has been having a hard time walking when she gets up or if she stands on it long. After that she is fine. She is pregnant so the urgent care doctor didn want to go through w/ an x ray. They gave her a air splint but that just made it worse. That was on Sunday and yesterday (Monday) she started to feel somewhat better. Until that night she started to have sharp pains in her shin again. Today (Tuesday) she was doing great all day, she still has a hard time getting up and going (she says sort of like your arm is asleep), up until tonight she started to have the sharp pains again. I dont know if she just has a real bad bruise (you cant see one) or what. Very light swelling, as a matter of fact the air splint pushed the swelling up. Any help out there would help!Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
