I have been having some leg pain the last week. It started with a sharp pain in one calf in the middle of the night. Now it is up and down both legs and it goes from a dull ache to a numb feeling. I have made an appoint. with my dr. but I am still feeling very anxious about it. I had a friend die from a pe a couple of months ago. I think it is probably the begining of vericous veins or sciatica....any other ideas? Thanks! ( I am tired of losing sleep!)

  • IIt could be lack of sodium in your diet causing cramps at night and your doctor can treat this very easily. Or it could be the way you are sleeping if you sleep on your side with your knees together you are causing a misalignment in your spine because your top hip is dropped when the knees are meeting. To realign the spine you need to sleep with a pillow between the knees and this prevent pains in the back, which can radiate through the hips into the legs even if you don’t feel the pain much in your back this is where the problem comes from
