4 weeks ago I got a pain like a leg cramp on the outside of my right leg just below the knee joint. The cramp didn't go away for about two days. Now I have a terrible pain in the muscles/joints/nerves down the outside of the right leg from the knee bend down. Nothing torn in the knee (MRI) - if I stay off it = it gets better, lateral (sideways)motions are killers and I cannot lift my lower leg backwards - steps are impossible. Even when it improves, if I drive it becomes unbearable - I now drive with my left leg. Doctors don't think it is siatic or torn cartildge - I am in terrible pain. Hyperextention on flat surfact makes it better. Bending it first in morning is terribly painful. Doctors don't know - any suggestions?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
