Hi - I am 16 yrs. old and have joint pain for a few months in my fingers, wrists, and ankles which usually don't go away. I have gotten blood work but has came back 100% normal. When I open my hands my one of my fingers seem bent and when i push it straight it just bends back (if that makes sense). I also have about 3 or 4 swollen lymph nodes in my neck, they have been there for awhile but are painless. I took antibiotics for what they said was a Lymph node infection about 6 months ago but they are still swollen. I don't know if I am over reacting or not but the joint pain is very painful at times.

Any fever/infection present at the moment? I'd go with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. Any redness or joint swelling when they're more painful? Get the joints x-rayed/MRI'd to look for early changes. The finger thing could be a swan neck deformity seem with RA.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Juvenile_Rheumatoid_Arthritis#Signs_and_symptoms EBV would have widespread lymph involvement.
