My jaws have always made popping sounds when I ate or yawned. Recently the popping has stopped and I am having some mild to moderate pain in my jaw. My dentist has ordered a mouth splint to wear at night. What could be causing this pain? It does not hurt all the time or every day. I do tend to clench my teeth during the day because of stress. Any thoughts?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
