Ive been experiencing Jaw and back pain for the past 3 months. The pain occurs around 1 hour after eating (mainly greasy foods IE. Pizza, BBQ Ribs, Garlic Bread) The jaw pain usually comes in waves (every 30 seconds lasting for a split second). Its usually on either side of my jaw (near the joint) and on rare occassions its both sides. Today I had 2 gronolla bars and some ice coffee and I felt the pain again. This is the first time it has happened in the morning and with non greasy foods.

The back pain also occurs 1 hour after eating. The pain is constant however. It occurs inbetween my shoulder blades on both sides and lasts for a good 20 minutes. Laying down tends to cause more pain.

I should also point out, I have never felt ANY chest pain, neck pain, head pain or arm pain. Only my jaw and upper back. I have also never had any major dental surgery done. I know the feeling of my wizdom teeth coming in (have 2 in so far) and its definately a different pain. Im sure others will understand this fact. I am 22 years old, 275 lbs, 6 feet tall.

If anybody has any thoughts, do tell. Im concerned it might be a heart attack.
