Hi, I injured my ankle about two years ago due to a football injury and had to get surgery to reattach my torn ligaments. I was doing my ankle exercises for a while approximately about 2 months or so, then I stopped. After I stopped, due to personal reasons, then I began to have reoccurring swelling in my ankle and due to me not doing my exercises as well as a limp, and my strength, flexibility, range, and motion have been limited. I'm in the process of rehabilitating my ankle and I have some questions about if it is too late to do something about my ankle? If not, then what are some strengthening exercises and stretches that I could do help strengthen my ankle? And are there any additional supplements that I can take as well to help speed up the process?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
